1. Digiconvert them on the lab pc
2. You need 100% scan data to convert a digimon

1) you can either digiconvert them when you have enough scan data or hatch them, from digieggs.
2)you just have to wait until a digimon's scan data is 100% then you can convert it into a digimon but it's stats will not be high like only 100+ even if it is a mega.
3)a scan data is something that you will get everytime you see a digimon. It will go up by 1-15% everytime you see a digimon.
