digi egg of honesty/rreliability

I know that it appears in loop swamp chaos area but the thing is I cannot see any chaos areas and is search for about an hour.is tehre anyway I can make it appear I am currently at the digi deli cake quest and I decide to find the egg first but I can't find the chaos area please help

go to plantenamozon and find that howl and go up becuas there you can go up and out and find the digi egg of honesty
