I'm pretty sure that I got the loveDE in the chip forest(you have 2 go through the purple hole). No clue about the kindness one though. I don't think I have that one yet.
Love DE is in chip forest and one is completing a union quest(i don't know which one) and just go farther in the game, and you'll see what DE you'll get.

You get the Minervamon challenge mission donot complete the mission after you beat Minervamon Donot tell instead cancel the mission and do it again to get unlimited exp
