I think that some you get after you have gotten certain digimon. Or the missing percent is gotten bye gettin digimon that you have not gotten yet.

You have to gain a higher Digimon rank. I am gold rank and am trying to get Platinum Rank. Go to the DigiColiseum and talk to Leomon next to Apemon.

I think some of the ways are to have to have a nintendo connection before, collect certain digimon and have the highest rank in the digicolloseum. I also heard something about farm quests..
