I picked up the cup without searching for prints. Is there a way to search for the print even though it is in evidence or am going to have to restart?

Yes there is a way, double click on the coffee cup to bring up an image of it then click on the tool bar to bring up the tools click on the finger powder and slide it over the cup then you would get the finger print (wait for the gauge to fill up first)
