For example, when making 'Pickles' there's this step where you need to 'build up the flavour' by adding more seasoning? How do you do it? I don't understand it, also I don't know how much to put in... Like what do the symbols above it mean?

Put them all in. Then when she tastes it see which of the seasonings have a triangle. Put those in next. If after that they all go to square put them all in one more time. That should get you a gold medal. Let me know if it works.

How do you make her taste it? I put all the ingredients in, then clicked on the spoon? The spoon blinks as if hot, and I can't seem to do anything until the time ends. :(
