Question for Code Lyoko

When Jeremy goes to odd on chapter 2 how do you get the key to the science lab or talk to orich and yumi I need you to answer both. Thank you.

I only know the answer to you first question so here it is. When you get the key go back out and talk to Jeremy again then you go and unlock the outside door to the Principals office and get the phones. It's as simple as that. Oh to talk to someone you hit the talk icon.
