Are there any YouTube or other videos where someone shows how to complete the Spinning & Martial Art quests? I mean with seeing them actually push the buttons as well. I try to follow the written directions that are all over the web, including here, and just cannot do them. (And the Street Fighter references do not help as I don't play Street Fighter.) I'm also having a dickens of a time defeating Richter. No, I don't have the Nebula whip. I've got Medusa, Jet Black, and Vampire Killer - but I usually use Golden Axe because it takes off way more points. I've also got Bible, Cream Pie, and Javelin mastered but none of them help.

Yea, there are. Actually, I'm playing this game through for the 2nd time and I used the videos too. Just type 'Wind's quests' in the search bar.
