Iám stucked at the beginning at Bounty Island, I´m suposed to reclute 3 crew and give a sword to razzo, but I can´t to anything with the things I´ve got, I also can´t get into the house or at the Town hall.

You don't need to get in the house for now, so just ignore it.
You need to use the bread on the frying pan in the back of the inn to get greasy bread.
You also need the dull plate from in the ship, and use your hankerchief on it to polish it.
Then go up to flat-top hill and use the shiny plate on the nest.
Go back to the docks and talk to Arno, use the shiny option and then when he's looking away, use the greasy bread on the sword.
Afterwards, you challenge Arno to a duel and when he picks up his sword, it falls in the ocean.
Then you need the magnet from Morgane's room (it's on the desk), and you use it on the ocean, and you've got Arno's sword!
P.S: you need to talk to the innkeeper about the job before you can access the back of the inn
