i bet the bleach tower and i still havent unlocked all the chartears yet..could someone help me out

Well your suppose to beat each level within 5 turns if you wish to unlock the characters you want. But if you already have the character then there is no point in beating it within the 5 turns.
I don't believe theres a young Soi Fon
but there is a young Youruichi you get her by beating the level she's in with Kisuke Urahara
