I'd strongly suggest you have some characters who know a flash step, and ones that have high mobility. I chose the following characters: Fujimaru, Matsuri, Kenpachi, Rukia, Uryu, Byakuya, Ichigo, and Komamura. But that's just me. I chose Kenpachi because he can help in raising an allies spiritual pressure. I chose Uryu because of his long-ranged skills, I chose fujimaru and Matsuri because they knew a Flash Step, and they're my best guys. I chose komamura because of his massive attack power, I chose Rukia because she knew a healing skill, and she could get to allies more quickly to heal them, I chose Byakuya because he knew a flash step, and his Bankai allows him to damage enemies every turn. And finally Ichigo because of his High mobility during Bankai, and his Getsugatensho skill.
