I can't get the ukitake and kyoraku mission on top of the ukitake and kyoraku mission.

You get to it by doing these missions on part C: (Do part A and B as you normally would. Get to Orihime and Hanataro, Healing, Komamura's Hope, Suspicion, the talk bubble BELOW ant then you should get the mission to your left. Hoped this helped!

Simply, DON"T complete the "Chad and Uryu" stage. Simply ignore that stage,and continue working your way up and around it,and you'll eventually unlock it.
