Question for Beyblade: Metal Fusion

I can't BEAT VAN!! It's the first time with Gingka and I cannot defeat Van! Is there an easier way? Anyone have any tips for me? Please?

Here is the strategy I used:

.Equip The special moves Holy Light and Quake Bomb
.Make sure you get lots of perfect shots
.Now, keep on slamming into Van's bey until your spirit gauge is available to use Quake Bomb. Use Quake Bomb, and repeat this 3 times. If you have a full gauge because Van knocked you out, then use Quake Bomb at the start of the match. IF you have NO Stamina left, quickly use holy light and that will save you
