Got to the right side you c some stairs go up the stairs and head towards the back and you'll find it

Go down the big flight of stairs from the library, go down one more small one, go east, go down small stairs, turn left immediately between the tree and the house, turn left behind the house, go to the end and open the secret door

Go down the big flight of stairs from the library, go down one more small one, go east, go down small stairs, turn left immediately between the tree and the house, turn left behind the house, go to the end and open the secret door, you will find a chest for HP and one for STR.
Once you find the master that asks you if you "want to test your skills", go east 2 screens, go up the stairs. Once you see the fat man turn right and go north and you will find a door hiding 200G
