Saleen s7 is the best car to start with or even the nissan skyline ive got both

If you have a lot of money I mean A LOT buy an Aston Martin Vanquish and add all the best stuff you can to all the Performace parts and the best Weight Reduction you can get
Then you can enter (after you have unlocked it) the Under 500 H.P. Championship and really kick butt

Finish EVERY SINGLE EVOLUTION GAME IN FIRST. YOU WILL GET A 925 horsepower car, the best in the game
