Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

Where do You get paintings? I know you can get forged ones from redd but you can't put them in the museum. Does anyone know? If so I would really appreciate an answer.

You can also get real paintings from Redd. If you pay close attention to what he says different things when it's a forgery, than if it's real. Also, you can get real paintings from Nook, but that doesn't happen a lot.

You can get paintings from Nook but you buy the majority from Red. I would say that 20% are fakes and 80% are real. The fakes you can sell for 1 bell or get a refund from Lyle for 100 bells.

You can get the paintings from Tom Nook and Redd as other perople have already explained, but you can also have a friend who might have already donated more paintings than you buy the one's you need from there catalog, then you could buy it from them, trade, or get it for free depending on what he/she wants for it.

It's not so hard to get paintings. If you are a member of the Redd Family, Redd will tell you if he is coming. Redd usually sells his paintings for a little over 3,000 bells. But be careful-Redd's paintings aren't always real! You can also get paintings at Tom Nook's. This doesn't happen very often, but the price is lower.
