You get the last room. No I know what you mean, in the first one there was a statue you got when you were done. Well I have'nt finished my house just yet but I don't think you get anything when you are done.

So you can spend more time and money puting stuff in your house or doing wht you enjoy.

Nothing really, Nook gets an extension on his store --- Again.
You also get to relax without the stress of paying a house extension loan!

Not exactly sure what you mean, but once you get the house as large as possible, just pay it off. Then have fun decorating! Remember furniture sets and feng shui.... Etc.
