Is it true about wisp(ghost) and all the others what are ment to come on the top screen becoze I havent seen any of them if there are reel will you tell me when they come plz help me plz

No. That's false. The only things you can see in the sky are UFO's.

Wisp the ghost does not come out in the DS version but in the GAMECUBE version he comes out at about 3:00 am and he is found wandering around town and he asks you to catch 5 ghosts(look like little purple swirls)with a bug net.(prizes: a special item or total weed elimination!)
