Please don't post 3 of the same question in a row. You get hybrid flowers if you plant two flowers next to each other that make a hybrid. There is a walkthrough about them, you should see that.

Well, basically, when you put two flowers together of the same type, sometimes a rare flower will show up.
For formulas visit http://www.animalcrossingcommunity.com/acww_hybrid_guide.asp. Do remember that you have to be a member first.
