Is there a certain number of trees that you have to plant in your town to make it perfect? What are other ways that I can make my town perfect?

Yes I am not sure how many though just go to Pelly or Phyllis and say Enviroment and they will tell you what you need. You can also pick weeds, pick up junk, plant more flowers and make sure your trees are right to make your town perfect.
