In winter, fish in the ocean and sell what you catch.

Dig up random things from the ground and then sell them. You could go very risky and shake trees(with the risk of shaking down a Bee Hive and being stung). If you go on Wi-Fi you can sell your towns fruit to another town and get some of their own fruit to make a profit in your own town. Finding Coconuts also really helps because Coconuts sell for a bit.

Fishing, foreging (foreign fruit selling), and selling cr@p you don't need usually gets you heaps of money. By the way there are whole walkthroughs dedicated on how to get money >_<. Another way is the bell rock. The most i've gotten from a bell rock is around 8000 bells but it's possible to get more then 16,000 bells from them. There is also the Red turnip thing. Just go on once a day and water the turnip and after a week sell it to Nook.

There are difrent fruit but you only start with one kind, so just earn the diffrent kind or just trade with a friend for the diffrent kind of fruit, plant them grow more of that kind and and sell them and you`ll get five hundred dollars a fruit.




P.S. You earn them mailing people in your town fruit and one day they`ll give you a fruit you don`t have.

To Espeon_Dude: Shaking trees for me has no risk at all. If a bee comes just run away a bit, then pull out the menu and get the net out. The Bees won't sting you while you have the menu up. When the bees start circling around the front of your head close the menu and keep pressing A as fast as you can and then you will catch the bee most times and then donate it to The Museum or sell it to Nook to get 4,500 bells! Most of the time I hope bees come.

But there is and better way:
First you start with and kind of fruit the sells for 100 each.
Then get some paper and sent to everyone in town a letter with that fruit.
Then you might get something back. An other letter with a present.
Open the present and if there isn't any fruit in it, do it all again.
But if you get some other fruit then the one you started with, plant it.
When you planted it time travel a week and then there you have 3 other fruits.
Then get them off you're tree and plant them to.
Keep doing this till you have an whole forest of them.
And sell them all. If you sell them all(i mean you're whole forest) you get like
120k a day.

NOTE:if you time travel that the fruits grow on faster. You can be a millionair in 1 day but you need to work hard for this.


An another way is doing all the other stuff like magic rock, shaking trees,
Dig up Fossils, catching Bugs, and Fishing.
