Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World
Ok, so far a duck and a flying saucer have gone past the top half of the screen.
What does that mean? Do I shoot it down like the balloon presents?

If you shoot the duck, he gets mad. If you shoot the saucer, he will have you look for it's parts and you will get a rare item. Of course you shoot down presents, that's what the slingshot is for.

Ah, who you've seen there are Pete the postman and Gulliver the alien.
Long Answer:
If you shoot Pete down he will give you the task of mailing his letters (I think). He will give you something nice in return. If you shoot Gulliver's ship down, he will ask you to find the 5 UFO Parts that will now be scattered around town and give them to him. He will give you a piece of rare furniture in return.
Short Answer:
Yes, do shoot them down.

shoot them down beause you get rare stuff if you miss the UFO then you won get another chance to get him!!!
