O.K for the first part, This should be pasted in the forums, forums, forums. Do you know what forums are. Use them.
For the second part make sure you are on at the same time and talk to Booker. It is also explained in the game manual, (doesn't anyone read them any more???)

Well first you need to get WIFI then all you have to go to a chat room about AC:WW. Ask people to add you and add the peolpe who add you.

By the why if you every get WIFI my info is........
