Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

What is the ghost?

Isn't it suppose to come out at 4:00 am, but I went around town at 4am but I couldnt find it.

Where is it suppose to be?

How do you catch it?

I think does come out at 4:00 A.M., it can be anywhere in your town, you catch it with your net.

O.K just so hopefully no-one ever posts something like this again, the Wisp comes on 100% random days. Please no-one ask this again. As for how to catch the Wisp you have to use the net.
