No, you don't - but you do earn The Museum Model if you complete every exibit (i.e. Painting, Fossils, fish and Bugs).

I don't think you get anything for donating all the Fossils. But I think if you donate everything you can to The Museum you get a museum model. I'm not 100% sure though.

If you donate ALL items, fossil, fish, insect, and painting, then you get a model of The Museum.
