Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

Hey guys it's me lilangel I have a few qs. Ok here goes...
I just got this gme for xmas and I don't know how to earn money or get furniture. every time I talk to the neighbors they chitchat, not like in the gc version when you can ask them for errands. Plzzz help. Also, how much is a wifi and where can you get 1?? Thankz 2 whoever answers me!!

Well, to earn money, you can do little in the beginning, but you can shake fruit off of trees and sell them @ nook's cranny,(you only get 100 bells per fruit, but if you visit a friends town, take some of their fruit it sells for 500 bells a piece. Once you have enough money you can buy bug net & Fishing rod, those will help earn money. Well, your right and wrong, the only errands you can do is deliver letters to people, but sometimes if talk to them like three times in a row they may challenge you to a little contest, or ask you to buy stuff from them, also if you answer their ?'s, they may give you furniture.you can buy furniture from tom nook or redd.you may also find furniture in the recycling bin in town hall, or the lost & found. Sorry, I can't answer the wifi ?. hope I helped.

To earn money, you need to sell things pretty early. If you talk to your neighbors occasionally, they will ask you for an Errand. WiFi is already on your DS, you need a Router or USB. You can get those for say $40~50 in US dollars, at Best Buy or any game retailer. Then you have to go install Wi-Fi on your computor.
