What does a pitfall seed do? I know that you fall in it but is there any use for it?

Nope, there is no other use, you can sell them, but you don't get much.

You can sell it for 0 bells and you can only use it to let someone fall in it nothing else.

A pitfall seed doesn't do anything much.But you can use a shovel and dig a hole, then you bury the pitfall seed and tell someone to wall on it then they fall.If your bored you can do that for fun or sell it for 0 bells.
