The Flea Market is like a holiday but not really and you just go into peoples houses and buy there furniture

You can buy some furniture from other animals' houses and you can sell things in your own house for how ever much your neibour is willing to pay.
The Flea Market happens on Saturday. You'd have to keep looking at the notice board but I think it was only for May.
