1)You get it from The Post Office for keeping your town perfect for 16 days.(no weeds and stuff)
2) Fishing or selling fruit to tom nook

1) Keep your town perfect for 16 straight days.
2) Make four characters, get each one a shovel and look for money rocks. I did this and got 32000 bells a day.
