Right, here's how you get other people. When you start the game up, you select New Resident from the Start Menu.
KKK's? Crazy Redd's? Nook 'n' Go? I think you need to rephrase that second question just slightly better.

If your talking about KK's picture you need to take the country guitar to him. Its that simple :D
