Check the map to see where The Town Hall is, then go to it and walk over to the second desk. Pelly, the clark, should come to you. Talk to her and she will bring up a menu of options, one of which is something to do with paying off the mortgage. I hope that helps. You need some bells with you to pay off the mortgage off you, because the bells cannot be taken straight from your account.

Go to town hall go in go to the mail thing and talk to the lady duck, the window will say pay morgege pick that and then type in the amount you want to pay off.
