Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

Hi! For some reason my house doesn't get any letters from the HRA anymore!! I put new things in daily and I am working on the second upgrade!!! Can anyone help?

Did you make sure tom nook told you about it if not go to him and by something then he should tell you
