He will crash in your town and talk to you he also delivers your mail

Simple. He just falls out of the sky, like a balloon present. Pretty funny to watch him fall XD but afterwards you just find him laying on the ground, talk to him the first time he just groans, keep talking til he responds. Normally he flys around at 5:00pm, that's when mail is delivered.
