Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World
How can you get oranges without going to people town and mailing them bacues I have tried that and it deosn't work so I need a way that will work! Please help

Well if you can go wi-fi to a friends town who has oranges tada get some and bring them back
If not come to my town, il reset it till my native fruit is oranges k?

Simply attach your town's native fruit (in my case, oranges :P) to a letter, write "please write back" "please send fruit back" or just random stuff. SENDING A BLANK LETTER WON'T WORK! You probably have been sending blanks, that's why the letter method isn't working for you. The "mom" method works to, but you must wait to do so. There was a 5 month span from when my "mom" sent me a cherry and when she sent me a pear. Pompom sent me an orange back, however, so be careful that your native fruit isn't sent back to you. Also, the only way to get a coconut is to walk along the beach(es) of your town and find one near the water. To plant it, the coconut seed must be planted in the one space the divides the grassy area of town from the beach. Without hacking, it will only grow there.

You can plant orange trees by:
- Mail one of your townspeople a letter with your native fruit.
- When you get a letter in return, it should have a different fruit.
- Dig a hole.
- Bury the fruit you got in the letter.
- Put a four-leaf clover in front of it.
I suggest getting a four-leaf clover first. When you plant the tree, the fruit is 500 bells, and not 100 bells like your native fruit.

do u rly gotta bury a 4 leaf clover b4 u grow the tree? i dont think u gotta cause its easy 2 plant trees without a 4 leaf clover...Guest answered:
Well actually, if you are really nice to one of the residents in your town, they will send you an orange with a letter or any other fruit and you can plant it. In my case, Amelia, a bird resident, sent me a letter with a present which was an orange, but my town's native fruit is the apple.

To answer your question about four-leaf clovers, they are there to make sure your tree dosent die, wich if it is perfect fruit it will. If anyone here is trying to get oranges, you don't need to do that because trees can only die after three rounds of perfect fruit, and perfect fruit is always native. Hope this is useful GUEST and others! ;D
