If you delete your town and make a new one does your house become tiny again? (I really hope not...)

No I'm sorry it resets to it original size so you have to repay all your morgages again

Yes I'm afraid, it resets your house, nieghbors, if you upgraded nooks store it changes that back to nooks cranny. Your items gone just vanished.

It turns back to the tiny size you started with.
