Animals don't move from my town

Animals don't move from my town

I've been playing the game for over a year now. In the past 6 months, my animals don't move out of my town anymore and I don't know why. About a month ago I connected DS to DS with a friend and had them come to my town (and vice versa) thinking this would cause an animal in my town to move, but they still live in my town. Nobody is moving and I don't know why. I have not had all of the animals in my town yet, so it's not because they've already been here.

Has anybody heard of this happening? I'm getting tired of seeing the same old faces Smile

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the same problem, I think it's just a glitch in the game and there is no way to fix it sorry. If you know a friend with animal crossing, then pick up all your rares and money and move your person into their town. Then delete your town, build a new town, and move yourself back. It's the only way sorry.

I discovered the answer. I made a new neighbour in my house and the next day an animal announced they were moving. This was a few months ago now and ever since, the animals have been moving and new ones have been moving in. So the game is working again. Thanks to all for their suggestions!

Well , stop talking to some of your neighbors then they would move , you can tell if there's boxes arouf their houses !!! Or you can change the time ( it has to be long though ) I hope that helps that what happened to me ...
