The environment
When I ask pelly about the environment, she says that we need more green. The first thing she wanted was to get rid of the weeds. I did that. Then, she wanted me to clean up the trash. I did that, too. And now, she wants more green. I have planted a million trees and flowers. You cannot go anywhere in my town without bumping into a tree or running over flowers. But she still wants more green. Does this mean trees or flowers? If trees, how many? If flowers, how many? Also, what does she want after this?

You can't just plant trees and flowers anywhere. In order to have the best results, plant trees in an orderly fashion, like rows or columns. Then, have flowers surround the trees and place them in between. If this is too much work, try to plant trees in open spaces. Same with flowers.

You also have to have a certain amount of trees (I can't recall the number) within an acre which is a 16x16 square.

None of these are right! You have to divide your map into 4 x 4 ao you get 16 squares. Then you have to have 10-12 trees per square (Use a pattern to mark out the space) and 3 flowers at least. You must NOT have any weeds or rubbish on the floor.

its 16x16 which gets you 25 acres no trash or weeds fruit is fine on the ground 10-12 trees and 3 flowers

In every 16x16 square you must have 12-14 trees and no litter or weeds on the ground. I have a perfect environment, and I have my golden watering can. If you put to red roses beside each other, they will (eventually, you may have to keep trying for a bit) turn into a black rose. If you water a black rose with a golden watering can, it turns into a golden rose! It's really pretty.

Sorry! Forgot to say that you must have at least 3 flowers in each 16x16 square! If you have a perfect environment, you get a unusual flower called a 'Jacob's Ladder'... And when there are unusual flowers there are unusual Bugs and fish...

All of these are completely wrong. No joke. Look everywhere, and people will tell you to to make a 16 by 16 acre which will make 16 acres. All you need minimum in each acre is 10-14 trees and three flowers in each or more.
