Eee, this is hard!

Always keep your net out when bug-hunting.

When a bee chases you run away from it in a straight line, then suddenly change direction 90 degrees (ie: don't turn around and run straight back at it) they will keep going straight for a little bit, so use your net on it.

It is still really difficult to do.

Jackieboy Tips:

They way I was informed of (but never tested it, myself) was that once the bees appear, you go onto your menu (you'll be safe, apparantly) and bring out your net. The very second you close the menu, you need to swing your net.

Hope I helped!

I agree with Jackieboy. I have used this method myself. When a bees nest falls out of a tree, IMMEDIATELY go to your menu, select your net and drag it to your character. Now it gets a little tricky. Before you deselect your menu and start swinging blindly, watch the flying pattern of the bees. They will swarm around your face for a number of reps, but then they will hover above your head for a second before swooping back down. Count the number of times they fly around your face...it's always the same. Let's say for example, the number is 7. As soon as you see them fly around your face 7 times, THEN deselect your menu and start swinging. You should catch them at exactly the right moment when they're above your head. This took me a couple of tries to perfect, but trust me, if I can do it, you can too!
Good luck!
