There has been a little chit chat about wether he is actually in this game, but one definite possibility is that if you unlock him in AW2:BHR, that when you insert the AW2:BHR pak into the second DS slot you can play as him ONLY in vs mode. I'm not sure, but it's worth a shot. Also, if you've been told that you need to complete the whole game 100% to unlock him, it's not true because some tech-speccys have picked away at the game and found no image or any code relating to Sturm in it.

No. Sturm isn't even in the game, sadly. I wish you could, Sturm was cool :(
