I think you mean "devestator." It's that attack that uses up the blue bio mass bar and makes you pretty much explode, right? To do that one, you stand next to the enemies you want to hit and then you hold down both the green triangle and red circle buttons at the same time. You have to hold them both down firmly and do not let go of either button until your player performs the attack. You should be able to do this by only using your right thumb if you don't have tiny hands (my little brother had trouble with that.) If it's still not working, make sure that your blue bio mass bar is full and that you have completed the mission where you gain this power.

I also have the same problem well similar what happens after I kill the last monster it says do a claw pounce on the blackwatch trooper so I do that but then whats sopossed to happen is shields are meant to pop up on the other blackwatch troopers but it doesnt please some 1 help me

Well, what I did was equip the Tendrills and claws to start off with, mainly because Alex Mercer DOESN'T have the Tendrill power, and because he uses Blade neae the start of the fight, just jump around for a bit while using Tendrills on him, and when he is low on Health switch to blade and use it along with the Tendrills, you should defeat him easily if you do this.

Hunt him by pressing Q key and try to see the centre of the circle, oyu can try this on a bigger building

Test the console and the disc. Look at the disc, is it dirty? If so take something soft (like the inside of a t-shirt) and rub it off using rubbing alcohol. Take it over to a friends and put it in their console, if it works then it might be your console that is the problem. If it takes the same amount of time to load then you might need to buy a new disc.
