1. Set hp restore with Y on , and L+A restore move points.
2. Make a Pokemon who knows selfdesrtuct or exsplosion leader (NO OTHER POKEMON ON TEAM!)
3. Set selfdesrtuct or exsplosion as your set move
4. Go up to a wall and hit L+R to blow through the wall
5. Then hit y to restore hp
6. (repeat steps 4 and 5)

If you need help with Aegis Cave, read this.

First, bring a fighting type Pokemon and a fire type pokemon. Then battle
Unown I, Unown C, and last, Unown E. The three unowns may drop a stone of their letter. Next, go up the remaining floors. You will then go to a small room, like the room you started with. Read the statue, then a stair will appear. Go down, and battle Regice. Your fighting and fire type will be very affective on it. Beat Regice. Then repeat the process. Instead, collect Unnown R,O,C,K and battle Regirock. Next collect Unown S,T,E,E,L and battle Registeel. Make it through the five floors after beating Registeel, then you will battle Regigigas, four Bronzongs, and four Hitmonlees. Team Charm will join you for the battle. Make sure you bring a reviver seed. Lopunny knows an attack that heals you, so you don't have to worry about fainting that much. Also, try to avoid Regigigas' Superpower attack, it hurts you a lot.
