The Ultimate Dungeon isn't Joyous Tower because you CAN BRING ITEMS!!!
I've got every place exept Meteor Cave and none of the other ones say anything about items only about money! But maybe Meteor Cave is the one:)

Whos actually made it through Joyous Tower because I had 1 Pass Scarf, 11 Joy Seeds, 5 Reviver Seeds and 3 Max Elixirs and I was Omistar and I got to floor 76.

And one more hint don't rob a store unless the stairs are nearby or you know where they are because I made Kecleons kill each other for 30 minutes straight. It really was a waste of time.

Instead of wlaking around trying to find Deoxys' ghost on each floor, you can just hold A and B at the same time, so you rest, and he moves to you.

Go to Deoxys with a Pokemon that knows "Rapid Spin", now do this in the right order. Hit Deoxys twice with "A" and then use "Rapid Spin". And he should ask you to hire him, if he doesn't, just do it again, and if it STILL doesn't work, just keep trying this and he should join eventually. Oh. And with Suicune and Raiku have a water type that knows surf, hit them with "A" twice then use surf and they should join you. Note: these do NOT work on Entei, so don't try these combinations a million times to get him.

I did 2 missions at the murky cave and I got 14000 poke from just roaming around the whole cave(until I finished the last mission-floors 1 to 19). It doesnt give you much money but collect everyone of the poke on the floor and it should be a lot.You probably wont find over 10000 poke unless your lucky like me but you will get a lot of poke.

There's a couple of easy ways to level up, if you are having trouble finding easy ways to get Experience Points.

If you are a lower level, you can head to the dungeon with Pokemon of a decent level, and that you can easily defeat. If you are a Water or Ground type, Magma Cavern works excellently. You might want to bring a Max Elixir or something, to help you stay longer. Go all the way through the dungeon, but stop on the last floor. Stand right next to the stairs, in case you run low on HP. Hold the B button and and the A button until some Pokemon come towards you. Defeat them, and repeat until you are satisfied, or until you run out of PP.

For the higher leveled people out there, there's another way, if the above is too boring and tedious for you. Most of you should know of the famous one-room Monster Houses of the Silver Trench. Bring someone with a move that hits all Pokemon in the room (Earthquake and Heat Wave come to mind) and find one of these one-room Monster Houses. When you encounter the Monster house, Earthquake and Heat Wave should do the trick, reaping you loads of EXP. For the especially higher leveled, Western Cave will work even better.

Note: If you encounter a Monster House in a regular room, a One-Room Orb will have the same effect as the above, creating the one-room Monster House.

Throwing items like Gravelrocks, Iron/Steel/Gold Spikes and Sticks all come in handy. Well, they each do different damage.

Gravelerocks - Set 20

Iron/Steel/Gold spikes/Stick - Damage rises with your level. I think Gold spikes may do the most damage, but I just know that the damage is about the same as your regular A attack with Iron/Steel spikes.

Ever been angry because you get paralyzed/confused, and then you can't attack with accuracy at all. Well, attacking is simple, really.

Just use items like Gravelerocks and Steel Spikes to attack. This way, you still get your damage in, but you can attack who you want!

When you die, don't ever shut the game off if your last save was a quicksave. If you do, the next time you play it, you'll be at your base, no money, and no items. It's better to be defeated and not turn it off because then you'll still have about half your items left.

First of all choose any starter... Defeat Skarmory, Now go south of the Pokemon Square and train at the dojo till you are happy with your lvl PS:Train where you know you and your partner aren't weak. Finally continue with the story and beat the game. It should also be useful for recruiting legendaries.

To unlock: Get latios and latias on your team and have the sky blue plains frie-nd area. Then you'll have joyous tower! You lose all Cash/$$$ when you enter and items. You start at Pokemon level 1! Good luck!

Go to where you battle them and walk around the room in a circle. Don't fight them until you get back to where you started and then fight them and they should join your team.

When you enter the dungeon take an oran berry with you and when you finish the escort it will ask if you want to leave say no and go to the stairs and on floor 2 there will be a gligar and when you're asked if you want to leave say yes and you'll get 3 bananas and 3200 poke - after at the kecleon shop sell the bananas and you'll be rich

(this also works on the gameboy version)

So here is a hint to get friend Pokemon supper easy (also all last evelutions except a couple cannot be a friend unless you evolve it)
50-90+increases your chance bye a little and lets you get certain pokemon
90+=certain Pokemon can be your friends and it increases chance by 1 whole level
To help to is to get a friend bow which I beleave is in 30fl in ho ohs place and you need a key for it

When you are using Action Replay, go to the Joyuos tower/Western cave ect., Use Max level up so you willgo from lv.1 to lv.100 really fast.

When you recruit deoxys it's only normal form but when you take it into a dungeon the deoxys can change form by going into the next form every florr the deoxys changes into either normal speed defense or attack.theres hints which form is it.the hint fpr spped is when it moves instead of moving 1 space it moves 5 spaces,normal has 3 horns on it's head 2 on sides and 1 on top,defense has no horns on it's head and speed has only 1 gigantic horn and 2 tentacles 1 on each side

~ALL ABOUT RECRUITING LEGENDARY POKEMON~


If you need to recruit a legendary Pokemon, first you must check your team's size. To do this, go to your menu and select 'Team'. From there, look at each team member's Summary and press the right arrow button two times. You will see a bit of information, which includes Size. The number of stars next to Size indicates, well, the Pokemon's size. If there is one star the size wil be one, and so on. Anyway, when going into any dungeon, the maximum size is six and the max number of members is three.

Most legendary Pokemon are not size 1. They're pretty big, ranging from 2 to 5.

Zapdos is size 4.
Articuno is size 4.
Moltres is size 4.
Latios is size 2.
Latias is size 1.

Also, you cannot recruit Legendaries until you beat the main storyline (destroying the falling star and beating Rayquaza.

I suggest leveling up quite a bit before attempting to recruit a Legendary. They get more powerful and tougher to beat the second time you battle them.

Finally, never go on a rescue mission at the same time as recruiting a legendary. Let's say you were going to get Groudon and you had to rescue somone on 8BF. You do a good job at rescuing them, and continue on your way. Then suddenly, after you clear the final floor before entering Magama Cavern Pit, you "clear the dungeon". I don't know why you stop there (although it probably has to do with the saving), but it is really frustrating, having to go through all those floors again. Especially if you're in a place like the Sky Tower.

P.S Sorry about only having the size listing for a few Pokemon. I haven't gotten that many legendaries yet :P

You may want to take thorns and gravel rock in you team box and have the team leader hold the glasses that allows you to see enemys and items on the floor.

I don't know how I did this so don't blame me if it doesn't work.
1.First have the item you want to copy(ONLY)in your toolbox and go to the dojo.
2.Equip the item to your Pokemon.
3.Go to team hydro's maze and get to the third floor.
4.Deafeat Swampert and Feraligator using a move and then Blastoise using the A button attack.
5.Check your items and you should have another one of the item you equipped.

P.S. This only works once.

If you are trying to recruit Groudon, Rayquaza or Kyogre do the following:

Throw(IN THE RIGHT ORDER):
Apple
Pokemon's favourite Gummi
Any Gummi
Huge Apple
Apple

And the Pokemon will ask to join your team, if this does not work just put in 1 more huge apple.

Meowth is good because of his/her Pay Day move. Charizard is also good because of his/her Heat Wave but I've found that it is only good with grass types. Eevee is not a good Pokemon to take as he/she only knows tackle and all the others are stat changing moves. I have an Umbreon who knows Tackle, Helping Hand, Tailwhip and I think growl so he's/she's no good. I hope this helps.

Here are three tips for easy recruits

1. Use a move that can hurt an enemy from any direction (like heat wave)

2. Hold a frind bow and defeat it (75% of the time)

3. Throw 2 gummies that it likes (if it has 2 types like zapdos choose 1) and hit it with a set move one time then hit it with the a attack until it's gone if it appears as soon as you defeat it it will ask

The easy way to get them is by beating them 10 to 20 times with the move bite

Hi all you guys struggling to get to that 99 floor juts to recruit a legendary

Inventory:

4x frustration
1 pack of 99 gravelrocks
2x link-box
4x huge apple
4x max-elixer
4x riviver seed
1x open slot, bring whatever you like, hm's or whatever

How to use your tm's and link boxes:

Example: wish cave

First of get to floor 20 without using the tm's
Then teach your Pokemon your first frustration ( with 0 iq deals 45 damage )
That will 1 hit ko you enemy's, then after they don't die from 1 furstration use you're second an link it to the other
Then you get 90 damage.
Teach the other 2 frustrations aswell, you should see it like this:

Frustration 20/20
Frustration 20/20
------------------
Frustration 20/20
Frustration 20/20

Then go up, if they still don't die use rocks

A Tight belt
So you don't go hungry

A lot of max elixers

And other things that you need like tons of oran berrys
Because machamp is very strong here
The Pokemon you should get are Pokemon lv 60-80

In my game I made a big mistake,i would keep going to legendarys like ho-oh with my articuno and try to recruit them.
After ages and ages of trying to get them I gave up.
But this is how to do it.
The best way of doing it is...
Bring a tight belt, a few reviver seeds (if you think your going to need them)
A friend bow and make sure you only bring 1 pokemon(it works best with starter pokemon).
The Pokemon has to be smaller than the legendary pokkemon or else it wont join your team.
Before I found out that I had been down to mt far-away about 10 times!
After I did it I recruited him first time!

First unlock meteor cave hold X-ray specs and buy 2 huge apples and bring a friend bow beat the migrages of him and when your facing him hold the friend bow and make sure your lvl 100(best you do it).you`ll recruit him ,maybe.

If you have the Pokemon guide for blue rescue team it says that Pokemon like hooh is very likely to join your team.
Trust me it's not.
I've been there lots of times and I have a friend bow but he still wont join my team!!!
So if I were you I wouldn't get my hopes up when you kill hooh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well here is a few tips to get them your first try:

1. You throw two times at the legendary Pokemon their favorite gummi which means it's exactly for their type

2. Defeat them but with the normal attack last it is you that has to make the last attack not your partner so
I suggest you switch your partner tactics to get away

I just want to say you can do this only after you beat rayquaza

Just throw a blue gummi at him and then battle him and defeat him he will join you! Well that's what I heard. I never tested it out.

Now you will set off onto a adventure to a location and rescue a Pokemon and get 5 rescue points and the reward and you continually do this. Well there is a way for you to get more then 5 point ans more rewards. While you are at the bulletin board look to see if any of them have the locations in common if so take them all and sign up for them all. Go through that location and do whatever you need to do for all of the rescues. Then when you are done you will get points from each individual mission and the rewards. This will help you get your rescue rank higher. Then while you are looking at the board the higher the hardness of the rescue the better the reward and the more amount of points you will get from completing that mission. Good luck to all of the Pokemon teams on your adventures and further rescue missions. I hope I was able to help any of the new pokemo0n rescuers out there.

Here is an easy way to get through monster houses with a charizard first go to the gulpin link shop and go to remember heat wave should be there learn it and it attacks all the Pokemon around you so use it in a monster house it also does a lot of damage so there you go if you were annoyed at monster houses

When you are in a dungeon hoping to recruit a legendary, here are a few tips for you.

First, get a freind bow. You can look aroung the wondermail section and find a code for one.

Second, make sure that YOU kill the boss. I have heard before that youj have to kill him on your own to recruit him, but that might be a rumor. I do beleive it, though, because I have never recruited a Pokemon when one of my other teammates defeated it.

Third, you must save at the mid-point. Yes, not all boss-dungeons have a midpoint, but when they do, take advantage for them. for example, with the dungeon waith groudon, I saved at the mid-point, then continued. If I died, or the boss did not recruit, I immediatley turned the game off, then back on. Repeat until the targed Pokemon recruits. I actually got the groudon on the second try.

A good way to level up is to go to Makuhita's Doju Gym, or simply going to a dungeon without a mission.

You can do the Dojo Gym over and over again and a day won't pass - so it's a good training spot

Going to a dungeon is also a good spot to train up, you might recruit Pokemon and you might get good items!
