How do I catch that legendary Pokemon that was at the lake near twinleaf town. Every time I try 2 get near it it just goes 2 a diffrent town. I 4got the name of it but it sarts with a M. Proffesor Rowan said it just wants 2 play but that "playing" is gettin on my nerves.

The Pokemon's name that you are thinking of is called Mesprit. Don't worry, a lot of trainers know how you feel, it is frustrating. The best way to actually catch Mesprit is to catch a Pokemon named Trapinch, and level it up. The reason why you should get a Trapinch is because of their special ability called Arena Trap. True to it's name, it traps a Pokemon in battle so that it cannot run away. The perfect weapon against Pokemon such as Mesprit. With that fleeing out of the picture, you need to weaken him, that is why you need to level Trapinch up. Get it's health down to red, and then keep throwing ultraballs at it. Eventually, you will catch it. It will help if you use a move such as thunder wave, so you can paralyze the little nuisance. Hope this helps, and good luck.

My opinion is flying to jubalife city and go down and back up into the city untill it comes into the area and find it in the grass
