How to get Kyogre and Groudon

After beating Red, go to Prof. Oak and he'll give you a red or blue gem (depends on game) which when you go to the hidden chasm south west of the Safari Zone (Route 47 I believe) you can capture Kyogre or Groudon depending on what stone you have.
