Then wen you fight raikou, wait for the towering thunderbolts to stop, then use one ariodos on him and use the web thing to trap him, then just circle him 10 times nd you got him. For suicune, use the same technique with the ariodos cept first get rid of the clones of him, then trap him in the ball, then use the ariodos quickly after to trap him then use aerodactyl nd circle him until hes caught. Charge you're styler if necessary

For entei, this one is hard. First make sure that minun/pluse's bar is fully charged, then wait for the annoying flash fires to go away, then paralyz entei and use one the the medichams and circle him until caught. If this fails just repeat the process over "thats why you get 2 medichams..."
