Ok first go to to the old chautu at past 8 pm.(you can also set the time yourself!)then when your there go up the stairs and into the room with a tv. Then you go and click A on the tv.BOOM! ROTOM APPEARED!he's at level 20 so be prepared.REMEMBER!!!!THIS ONLY WORKS IF IT IS PAST 8 PM ONLY!!!!!!!!
