Anyway it's actually 3 modifiers in 1.

The first activation code is the Pokemon modifier where the wild Pokemon are in the grass. The second one is the level modifier where you can fix the wild pokemon's level. Lastly is the nature modifier where you fix natures of the wild pokemon.
