Just to add to the submission of the Regis' stats, you MUST obtain the Lvl. 100 Regigigas to make them appear. You can get one of these special Regigigas' through GTS, or you can use AR to get it. The event is over now, so if you don't have either of these, you're pretty much out of luck.

When you take the special Regigigas with you into their secret caves, strange dots resembling the Regis' will appear. Walk or bike on each of them. Then, talk to the peculiar statue in the front of the room. Get ready to battle! They're level 30 and pretty irritating to capture.
