Your very own . . .Villa!

To obtain the villa, you must first defeat the Pokemon league,gain access to the

Fight Area/Resort Area/Survival Area/Stark Mt./Battle Frontier (basically just

Beat Cynthia, take the boat from Snowpoint City, and beat Flint&Volkner in the

Double battle). Next, you must gain access to the Resort Area. Then, go to the

Bottom of the Resort Area (near Pokemon Center). Finally, goup the stairs on the

Right, talk to the guy with glasses, say YES, and he'll give you a full tour,

AND buy you the table with the add on it. Well, I'll submit the stuff you can
