To get this Pokemon you will need Pokemon emrald so you can get the regis. [You can find out how to do that on google]After you got them go to the snowpoint city and at the top of the city there will be a building. Make sure you beat the elite 4 and bring lots of repels. Go to the top and have all the regis in your team. Regigigas will be waiting
